Payment Terms :
All orders are prepaid with credit card or C.O.D. ( Cashier’s
check or Money Order ) unless an application has been
approved for company check.
A $30.00 service fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Customer is responsible for all collection fees and service
charges should it be necessary to collect any past due
balances. All merchandise remains the property of
CORLEONE FORGED until paid for in full.
Returns:
All returns must have prior approval and be accompanied
by a return authorization number issued by Corleone Forged.
Wheels returned must be in the original box with the original
packaging and shipped with outer box protection either
double boxed or with corner protectors and be in re-saleable
condition to be eligible for credit. It is the customer’s
responsibility to make sure wheels being returned are packaged
properly. Wheels returned with improper packaging will not
be credited. All returns must be sent freight prepaid any freight
collect shipments will not be accepted. Wheels damaged in
transit or mounted wheels will not be credited. It is the customer’s
responsibility to fit check all four wheels before mounting tires.
Credits resulting from returns will be used towards payment on
existing invoices or towards future purchases. No refunds will
be issued.
Website Listings:
No online sales permitted. Listing or advertising on EBay,
Craig’s List, Yatego or any other public auction or discount
website or publication is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow
these guidelines will result in the in the immediate termination
of customer’s account.
